Important info about the new condo disclosure
The Condominium Governance Form which condo buyers are entitled to receive effective Jan. 1, 2009, is a product of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and is available directly from the DBPR Web site. Important: Page one appears to be a title page but actually contains language that must be part of the mandatory disclosure.

Also, while this form is referenced in the Comprehensive Addendum (FARA-10) and the Comprehensive Rider to the FAR/BAR Contract for Sale and Purchase (FBCR-10), condo buyers must receive the separate Condominium Governance Form from sellers (who are not developers).
